Con la finalidad de establecer un modelo de evaluación comparable al de otros países que han implementado el modelo de funcionamiento del programa Círculos de Soporto y Responsabilidad (CoSA), la Secretaría de Medidas Penales, Reinserción y Atención a la Víctima encargó al Centro de Estudios Jurídicos y Formación Especializada (CEJFE) el diseño y la evaluación del funcionamiento y los resultados del proyecto de implementación del programa CerclesCat en Cataluña. En conjunción con investigadores de la Universidad de Barcelona y la Fundación Salud y Comunidad (FSiC), se constituye en el año 2016 un equipo de investigación responsable de la realización de este encargo, y desde el año 2017 se lleva a cabo un estudio longitudinal sobre este programa, donde se describe a los sujetos que configuran los diferentes grupos de estudio y su proceso de funcionamiento. El presente informe es el tercero de la serie de informes que compondrán la totalidad del proyecto de evaluación del programa CerclesCat en Cataluña, y se centrará en el estudio de las personas voluntarias que participan en el mismo, así como en los profesionales implicados en el programa, con el objetivo de ofrecer una explicación integral de todos los elementos que lo configuran. El objetivo principal de este informe es analizar las experiencias de las personas voluntarias, coordinadores/as, profesionales del Círculo Externo y miembros del Comité Ejecutivo, para identificar aquellos elementos de funcionamiento del programa que sean más relevantes y comparar algunos de los resultados con los publicados en otras investigaciones internacionales del modelo CoSA.
Se han recogido datos de una muestra total de 41 sujetos participantes en CerclesCat (N=41) entre personas voluntarias (n=25), coordinadores/as (n=9), profesionales (n=4) y miembros del Comité Ejecutivo (n=3) a las cuales se ha administrado un instrumento de medida en formato cuestionario para obtener información sobre tres grandes ámbitos: a) información sociodemográfica, b) actitudes sobre personas que han cometido un delito sexual y c) estado de salud general.
